Scania Weave “The Pardon”

A Scania weave pillow in a rare bright color combination picturing Angel Gabriel together with Mary. This motive can be found in the Danish bible from early 1600’s. Scania was then part of Denmark.   Handwoven around 1940. 100%  wool, back in cotton & cashmere blend velvet. This pillow is historical and unique. There’s only one of each kind.

Size 54 x 57 cm.

Comes with an inner cushion made of 100% recycled feathers.
