Orders & shipping

What is the status of my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Paypal and Klarna.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes. You can get your products sent with with custom wrapping by clicking the ”gift wrapping” box in the cashier page.

Where can I find a Ennisance near me?

Ennisance will open it’s showroom in Stockholm during the spring of 2023.

What are your shipping methods and policies?

Within Sweden we are mainly using PostNord as the main shipping company. Bigger items, usch as furniture are shipped by shipping companies specialized in moving heavy / fragile items. DHL and UPS are the main shipping companies used in European and global deliveries. You may also use your on shipping solution. In this case, contact us before placing and order.

Do you accept returns? accepts returns within 30 days of delivery using our pre-paid return labels provided by our Customer Care team.

Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery. For the return of leather goods, items should be returned unused, with all tags attached and with all Ennisance packaging (including any dust bags and plastic packaging). Please submit your request for return, including the order number and item you are looking to return to receive a prepaid DHL/UPS return label from Customer Care.

We do not accept any returns of customized or bespoke products.

Is Ennisance a Sustainable Brand?

Our products and materials are strictly cruelty free and meant to last for a lifetime. We use natural materials -silk, linen, wool, cashmere and organic cotton, as well as antique or recycled materials. All our bespoke items are made to order, which results in minimal waste or overstock. Fabrics are made of natural fibres and we are invested in environmental processes and materials. We use recycled feathers in our pillows.

We strive to use all remnants in the production of new products.

Supply chain protocol includes a dedication to the highest possible quality as well as looking through a “Green Lens”. We have direct daily contact with all our suppliers and artists.
